Adding Digital Dimension. Working closely with our client, we identified ways to leverage digital power to drive almost every one of our marketing initiatives. Interactive, print-on-demand (POD), customer relationship management (CRM) all are playing a part. Central to our strategy was a complete website overhaul. Our objectives, of course, involved updating the site technology and bringing the language and messaging into alignment with our new brand platform. But our work went much deeper than a simple website facelift. The solution we designed combines uniquely user-friendly features: access to all products, along with their specifications; full product and keyword search; user portals; order entry and query; and print-on-demand support. Plus, we built in equally user-friendly back-end functionality … to allow Hadco's internal users - tech savvy or not - to administrate key data through a single interface. Armed with research, marketing intuition, technology muscle (and some creative problem solving), we built a website architecture engineered to deliver a distinctly superior experience to each channel of our influencers and specifiers.
